<image:title>Upcoming Events - Rest & Recharge</image:title>
<image:caption>There is a lot going on in the world around us and it can be hard to hold. To honor this, Justine and Molly have developed a four week series exploring how presence, rest, connection, and balance play a role in our overall well being. This is an opportunity to connect with others and explore how we can care for ourselves while also caring for the world around us. Together we will journey through embodied practices such as yoga nidra (guided rest), restorative yoga, gentle and dynamic movement, and meditation, while making space for personal reflection and group connection. This program is being hosted live over Zoom twice annually and is available as a self-paced program anytime throughout the year. LIVE (VIRTUAL) 9:30-11:00am PST; 12:30-2:00pm EST; 5:30-7:00pm GMT Session 1: Sunday, September 18, 2022 - Presence Session 2: Sunday, September 25, 2022 - Rest Session 3: Sunday, October 2, 2022 - Connection Session 4: Sunday, October 9, 2022 - Balance + 30 mins extra for closing circle (9:30am-11:30am PST) Investment $150 - Sustainer Rate (covers the cost for you to participate) $175 - Sponsor Rate (helps ensure others with limited financial means are able to participate) $130 - Community Rate (discounted for those unable to contribute the sustainer rate) We believe these practices should be accessible to all. To honor this, we offer payment plans as well as needs-based / equity scholarships. Please email us for more information. Justine and Molly connected through their shared passion for supporting those impacted by war and violence through the Yoga Mandala Project. Click learn more about Molly here. *This program is geared towards humanitarians, activists, and helping professionals but all are welcome. SELF-PACED The self-paced option means every session will be recorded and shared with you so that you can view, or review, the material in your own time at your own pace.
